Free-standing shower with the faucet mounted on the wall, a mildewed curtain, and a single drain integrated with the rest of the bathroom? If this sounds like your typical bathroom interior in your short term rental apartment or montly lease… then it's time for a bathroom renovation!
The bathroom in typical rental rooms and apartments is often very small, with dimensions not exceeding 2.50 x 2.50 meters.
In the past, due to the limited space and lack of imagination, a certain repetitive layout solution was applied from contactors. In old buidlings, you'll find a free-standing shower that practically turns the bathroom into a mini pool!
However, this no longer meets the expectations of today's guests and tenants, who insist on bigger size bathroom interiors and practicality.
How can we effectively separate the shower area from the rest of the bathroom?

The solution is to install a frosted glass panel that rests on a low threshold or in a specialized groove in the floor.

The glass solution we recommend involves installing a single, vertically-supported piece that anchors to both the wall and floor with a specialized fixture. Additionally, it can feature a stabilizing arm to prevent any potential swaying due to misuse. While standard dimensions typically start from 90x210, custom pieces can be crafted to suit the specific needs of the accommodation.
Alternatively, you may consider a shower cabin, which offers a pre-fabricated combination of a porcelain base, protective glass, and faucet. However, it's important to note that the bulk it adds to the space might further constrain a small bathroom.
There's also the option to select from various decorative designs, such as stripes or subtle motifs. For a more creative touch, we suggest sandblast stickers showcasing the accommodation's logo or a unique decorative pattern that resonates with the establishment's aesthetics.

Don't overlook the importance of seamless shower floor integration with the rest of the bathroom, creating the illusion of a larger space in your bathroom interior.
